BSPT Female Equal Socket Galvanised fittings are designed to provide a secure connection between two equal BSPT male threaded pipes, making them ideal for extending pipe runs and joining threaded pipework. Available in sizes from 3/8″ to 4″, these equal sockets are widely used in water, compressed air, steam and gas systems where a strong and reliable threaded joint is required.
Manufactured by K-Line Connect from premium malleable iron, these fittings feature a hot-dip galvanised zinc coating to deliver outstanding corrosion resistance and long service life in demanding industrial environments. Manufactured with BSPT female threads to ISO 7-1 and EN10226-2, they are tested in accordance with BS EN10241:2000, BS EN1562 and BS EN10242 standards. Suitable for water, steam, compressed air, gas and other non-aggressive media, these galvanised equal sockets are rated to a maximum working pressure of 25 bar and operate within a temperature range of -20°C to +120°C. WRAS Approved and suitable for above-ground pipework and automatic fire protection sprinkler systems, they provide dependable performance across commercial, industrial and engineering installations.
