BSPT Reducing Sockets Galvanised are designed to connect two BSPT male threaded pipes of different sizes, providing a secure and reliable reduction between threaded pipework. Available with 3/8″ to 2″ BSPT female threads on one end and 1/4″ to 1½” BSPT female threads on the other, these reducing sockets are manufactured from malleable iron with a durable hot dip galvanised zinc coating for excellent corrosion resistance and long service life. They are ideal for adapting pipe sizes in commercial, industrial and mechanical pipework systems.

Manufactured to ISO 7-1, EN10226-2, BS EN10241:2000, BS EN1562 and BS EN10242 standards, these K-Line Connect galvanised reducing sockets are WRAS Approved and suitable for use with water, steam, compressed air, gas and other non-aggressive media. Rated to 25 bar with an operating temperature range of -20°C to +120°C, they are ideal for above ground pipework, heating systems and fire sprinkler installations.
