Extended Male Stud Elbows (BSPP & BSPT) are specifically designed to provide a secure 90° connection between BSPP or BSPT and pneumatic tubing where installation space is limited. Available with 3mm to 6mm OD tube connections and M3 to 1/8″ BSPP and BSPT male threads, these compact push-in extended elbow fittings offer fast, tool-free installation while the extended threaded section provides additional clearance for easier installation in recessed or restricted locations.
Manufactured from plastic with metal threads, these compact push-in fittings are specifically designed for installations where space is at a premium. Featuring a 40% smaller volume and 20% smaller outside diameter than standard push-in fittings, they provide reliable performance without compromising air flow or connection security. Suitable for nylon and polyurethane tubing, they are rated to a maximum working pressure of 10 bar with an operating temperature range of 0°C to +60°C, making them ideal for compressed air and vacuum systems used in automation, robotics, packaging machinery, electronics and other compact industrial applications.
