Male Studs Hex Body (BSPP) are designed to provide a secure, leak-free connection between pneumatic tubing and BSPP threaded ports in compressed air and vacuum systems. Suitable for 4mm to 16mm tubing with 1/8″ to 1/2″ BSPP male threads, these fittings enable quick, tool-free tube installation, making them ideal for pneumatic installations, maintenance and automation applications.
Manufactured from high-quality engineering plastic with a durable metal BSPP threaded insert and hex body for easy installation, these push-in fittings offer excellent strength and long service life. The push-fit collet securely grips nylon and polyurethane tubing while allowing rapid tube removal when required. Rated for operating pressures up to 10 bar, these fittings are suitable for compressed air and vacuum applications across manufacturing, automation, packaging, machinery and other industrial environments.
