Male Stud Swivel Extended Elbows (BSPP) are engineered to provide a compact, reliable 90° connection between pneumatic tubing and BSPP threaded ports in compressed air and vacuum systems. Suitable for 4mm to 12mm OD tubing with 1/8″ to 1/2″ BSPP male threads, these all-metal extended swivel elbows allow the fitting to be positioned after installation, making tube routing easier in restricted spaces.
Manufactured from high-quality nickel-plated brass, these robust push-in fittings provide excellent mechanical strength, corrosion resistance and long service life. The precision-engineered metal collet securely grips nylon and polyurethane tubing, while the extended swivel male threaded connection enables accurate alignment during installation. Rated to a maximum working pressure of 8 bar with an operating temperature range of -10°C to +60°C, these fittings deliver dependable performance across manufacturing, automation, packaging, machinery and general industrial pneumatic applications.
