BSPT Reducing Bush Galvanised fittings are designed to connect two different BSPT thread sizes, providing a simple and reliable solution for reducing pipe diameters within threaded pipework systems. Available in sizes from 1/4″ to 4″, these reducing bushes are ideal for adapting existing pipework in water, compressed air, steam and gas installations without compromising system performance.
Manufactured by K-Line Connect from premium malleable iron, these fittings are protected with a hot-dip galvanised zinc coating for outstanding corrosion resistance and long-lasting durability. Featuring BSPT male and female threads manufactured to ISO 7-1 and EN10226-2, they are tested in accordance with BS EN10241:2000, BS EN1562 and BS EN10242 standards. Suitable for water, steam, compressed air, gas and other non-aggressive media, these galvanised reducing bushes are rated to a maximum working pressure of 25 bar with an operating temperature range of -20°C to +120°C. WRAS Approved and suitable for above-ground pipework and automatic fire protection sprinkler systems, they provide dependable performance across commercial, industrial and engineering applications.
