BSPT Round Cap Galvanised fittings are designed to securely seal the end of BSPT threaded pipework, helping to prevent leaks and protect pipe systems during installation, maintenance or permanent closure. Available in sizes from 1/4″ to 2″, these threaded caps are ideal for use in water, compressed air, gas and industrial pipework applications.
Manufactured high-quality malleable iron, these fittings feature a hot-dip galvanised zinc coating for excellent corrosion resistance and long service life in demanding environments. Manufactured with BSPT threads to ISO 7-1 and EN10226-2, they are tested in accordance with BS EN10241:2000, BS EN1562 and BS EN10242 standards. Suitable for water, steam, compressed air, gas and other non-aggressive media, these fittings are rated to a maximum working pressure of 25 bar with an operating temperature range of -20°C to +120°C. WRAS Approved and suitable for above-ground pipework and fire protection sprinkler systems, they provide dependable performance for commercial and industrial installations.
